In addition to supporting a sign-on letter from the Great Lakes Protection Act Alliance, the GLPAA, the Headwaters Institute today forwarded our submission to the Environmental Registry on the Bill 66 on the proposed Act. Our comments, which focus on the need to better provide for individual and community engagement as well as to ensure the application of enhanced watershed management to the whole of the basin and its watersheds, can be seen at OHI for Bill 66 April 16.
